Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-13
noindex until validated. These Terms explain what you agree to when you use Influora — how campaigns, payment protection, and payouts work, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who these Terms are between
These Terms are a contract between you and Influora Digital Private Limited ("Influora," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India (CIN: U73100MH2024PTC434321, registered office: [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TBD]).
By creating an account, funding a Campaign, or accepting a Campaign as a creator, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Influora.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use Influora.
2. What Influora does
Influora is a marketplace that connects brands and creators for influencer marketing Campaigns. We help you:
- Find and agree on a Campaign
- Fund the Campaign into payment protection from your Influora wallet (wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay)
- Track and approve Deliverables
- Release the Payout once the post is live and its link has been submitted, and pay it to the creator by bank transfer within 2 working days
We are a facilitator, not a party to the underlying marketing arrangement between a brand and creator. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any Campaign, but we do enforce our Payment protection and Dispute Resolution processes to keep both sides protected.
3. Accounts and verification
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials safe. Before you can fund a Campaign or receive a Payout, we require identity verification (see our KYC Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification, provide false information, or violate these Terms.
4. How Campaigns and payment protection work
- A brand creates a Campaign and funds it into a protected balance before work begins.
- The creator delivers the agreed Deliverable.
- The brand reviews and approves (or raises a dispute) within 3 working days. If it does not act, the Deliverable is escalated to the Influora team; it is not approved automatically.
- Approval clears the content to go live. Once the post is live and its link has been submitted, the Payout is released to the creator, minus the Platform fee, and Influora pays it by bank transfer within 2 working days. Payments are made in accordance with applicable law.
Funds move only through payment protection release or a dispute-resolution outcome — there are no informal or on-demand refunds outside that process. Full detail is in our Payment protection & Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy, which are part of these Terms.
5. Fees and taxes
Using Influora involves a Platform fee (charged to brands, described on our Pricing page) and a commission deducted from creator Payouts at payment protection release. We don't publish exact rates in this document — see /pricing for current numbers. Influora deducts no tax at source (TDS) from a creator Payout, and its invoices carry no TDS line. Each party remains responsible for its own tax filings — see our TDS Policy.
6. AI features — please read this carefully
Influora offers AI-assisted features (including our assistant, Meera) to help with tasks like campaign briefs, pricing suggestions, and creator matching.
- These features are provided as-is and may make mistakes or give suboptimal suggestions.
- AI outputs are not professional legal, financial, or tax advice.
- Always verify AI-generated suggestions before acting on them — especially anything involving money, contracts, or compliance.
- We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI output.
7. Your responsibilities
- Brands: fund Campaigns honestly, review Deliverables in good faith, and don't request content that breaks the law or our Acceptable Use rules.
- Creators: deliver what you agreed to, disclose paid partnerships per our Advertising Disclosure Policy, and don't use fake engagement or misleading metrics.
- Everyone: don't try to move money outside payment protection, don't circumvent Influora's fees, and don't misuse another user's data.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false KYC information, attempt fraud, or misuse the platform. Where a Campaign is already in payment protection, our Dispute Resolution Policy governs what happens to those funds — termination doesn't automatically forfeit protected funds to either side.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Influora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from a Campaign's outcome, third-party actions, or AI-generated suggestions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Grievances and disputes
If you have a complaint about the platform (not a Campaign-specific dispute), contact our Grievance Officer — see our Grievance Redressal Policy. Campaign-specific disagreements (delivery, approval, payment protection release) go through our Dispute Resolution Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [JURISDICTION CITY — TBD] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-forum rights you have under Indian law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our business or the law changes. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
