Grievance Redressal Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-13
noindex until validated. If something goes wrong, you have a real person to contact — not a black-hole email. Here's how we handle complaints and how fast we respond.
1. Why we have this policy
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Influora Digital Private Limited must name a Grievance Officer and publish a clear, timely process for resolving user complaints.
2. Our Grievance Officer
Name: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER — NAME — TBD] Email: info@influora.in Address: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER — ADDRESS — TBD]
3. What counts as a grievance
- A complaint about how the platform, another user, or Influora staff treated you
- A complaint about data privacy or misuse of your personal data
- A complaint about content on the platform (offensive, illegal, or infringing)
- A complaint about a policy violation you've witnessed
Campaign-specific disagreements (delivery, approval, payment protection release) go through our Dispute Resolution Policy, not this one. If you're not sure which applies, contact us and we'll point you the right way.
4. How to file a grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer at the address above, or use the in-platform "Report a concern" form.
- Include your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, dates).
- You'll receive an acknowledgment with a reference number.
5. Our resolution timeline
| Step | Timeline |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgment of your grievance | Within 48 hours |
| Resolution or clear status update | Within 30 days |
If a grievance needs more time (for example, it requires input from a third party like our payment processor), we'll tell you why and give you a revised timeline.
6. What happens after you file
- We investigate the complaint, which may involve reviewing Campaign records, messages, or account activity.
- We'll update you at least once during the process if resolution takes longer than a few days.
- We'll tell you the outcome and what action (if any) we took.
7. If you're not satisfied
If you disagree with how your grievance was handled:
- You may escalate within Influora by replying to the resolution email and asking for a review.
- For data-related grievances, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act after exhausting our internal process.
- You retain any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law, including approaching a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
8. Contact details
Grievance Officer: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER — NAME / EMAIL / ADDRESS — TBD] General support: info@influora.in Registered office: [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TBD]
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our process matures or Indian law changes. We'll post updates here with a new "Last updated" date.
*Publishing note: this page cannot go live (even as a noindex v0 draft with real content) until the Grievance Officer name, email, and address are confirmed by Swapnil. Until then, keep the placeholder banner visible.*
